The venue was a private residence that we transformed into a floral wonderland, with beautiful, pastel blooms cascading from every corner. Lilly and Lotus expertly combined seasonal flowers and lush greenery, creating a harmonious blend of colours and textures. From delicate roses to whimsical wildflowers, each arrangement told a story of its own. The fragrant aromas enveloped the space, immersing guests in a sensory journey through nature's finest creations.
The long lunch table was a masterpiece in itself, boasting a symphony of colours, textures, and exquisite details.
French linen tablecloths paired with our oak cross back chairs served as the canvas for the stunning tabletop design. Delicate porcelain plates with intricate provincial edging were complemented by soft blue linen napkins, vintage silverware and crystal glassware, adding a touch of timeless elegance.
The long lunch menu, curated by Chef Roel Van Camp from Amuse Dining, was a culinary delight, designed to tantalize the taste buds, indulge the palate and showcase the finest flavours of the season. From delectable canapés to a sumptuous multi-course meal, each dish was expertly crafted to satisfy both the eyes and the palate.
Guests savoured a variety of gourmet creations, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. A medley of the finest delicate seafood dishes followed by the finest Central Queensland Beef delighted the senses.

The culinary journey culminated in an exquisite dessert spread, complete with Roel's handcrafted Belgian chocolates, and a selection of artisanal cheeses.
The bar was kept busy all afternoon as all dishes were accompanied by perfectly paired wines and signature cocktails served by local mixologist Lachie Bateman from Man the Bar. With an effortless blend of precision and flair, Lachie created cocktails that were not only visually stunning but also delicious.
Every drink was a work of art, skilfully garnished with delicate twists, aromatic herbs and exotic fruits.

The Hello Brothers filled the air with acoustic melodies, while guests dined and as the sun set the dancing began and the Hello Brothers set the stage for an unforgettable evening.
